On January 9, 2009, we mailed the new card directly to the address we have on file. You should receive your new card within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.
THEY SAID THIS WAS A NEW CARD. I WANT TO KNOW DO THEY DISTROY THE FIRST CARD THAT WAS SEND TO ME OR IS THIS NEW CARD WAS THE LPR(GREEN) CARD THAT HAVE 10 YEARS OF EXPIRATION? PLS URGENT REPLY THANKS

I got the paperwork from my attorney for my wife's 485 as they want us to be ready so that if dates are current, we just mail the paperwork without having to start at that time.
However, my wife is pregnant and i am not sure if medical examinations are possible. What are my options ?

Isn't this disputable by the Lawyers?
I mean fine ask questions for the company who has filed for the Visa but now going to doubt if their clients are legit 2, much.
Following the link is even more disturbing about the guest comment preparing to answer the RFE where CIS is asking for floor plan OF THE CLIENT.

Most likely, I might be moving into a new apartment next month. My EAD and AP are due for filing for extensions. Is it really necessary to file EAD and AP renewals in continuity? Can I wait and file the renewals after I move and have the new address information? This means that I might not get the renewed EAD and AP before my previous ones expire. I am currenly on H1-B and have not used EAD and not planning to use EAD and AP in near future.

After an 2 years assume the project that I worked is closed. Initially the greencard was filed related to a requirement in the project. I got approved after 3 years. Since the project is closed, I cannot work on the project that was initially filed on Green card.

My only conern is about I-94. When ever we renew the h1b we get new I-94 but in this instance my I94 got expired do i need to get new I94? if yes how can I get?
You don't need a new I-94. Since you have filed your I-485 petition, as InTheMoment said, you are in a "Period of Stay Authorized by the Secretary of Homeland Security". You do need an AP though if you intend to travel outside the country and enter the US (assuming that you do not file for a new H1). If you travel outside the US without an AP and without an approved H1B, then your AOS application would be deemed to have been abandoned.

What if you donot apply and you donot get EAD by Jan 08, you can still stay legally but wont be able to work without EAD.I will still be able to work if I have my H1B extension, right?
Check with your lawyer. Extension beyond 6 yrs is not available if you are eligible to apply for I485. We are in a peculiar situation regarding our FP. Did you take your FP taken? If so, did you get your file updated sometime after FP was completed? When you gave FP the last time, do you whether they had processed it before the approval?
We had to postpone our 2nd FP in May and gave our prints only in the end of June. I heard that such cases get into delays or problems. The first time over, our FPs were cleared in a week.

Yes the salary requirement is ok since i have greater than 60k anyway, what are other requirements as in our company 50% people are on h1b. Is having 50% as h1b with less than 20 employees is a problem now a days from extension point of view.

skil bill might turn out into pulp fiction..just like CIR did. If the ability to file for 485 when visa numbers are retrogressed is attained..then, thats awesome..but all Im saying is..given the fact that we havent had any favorable legislation ..atleast if we get portability when our labor/140 is pending and dont have to fear losing our priority dates..that will be a good start. Companys may not want us to have portability, infact I know many company that werent too happy with the AC-21 because it reduced the amount of time they could fleece the consultant, but I am saying this will be good for us
