When I file for my wife's AP, do I need to add my details to part 9 of her application, since I am the one preparing the documents?
Also, what is the address for Texas Service Center if I want to send it by FedEx or UPS?

She will be going to full time dental school, and this course does not have credit system and it is flat 2 year course.
and for this course there is not in-state fee, fee is same for either for in-state resident or student coming from outsidde, this couse is specially desinged for internation trained dentist.
and mai reason is I want to change her status on F1 is , if by any reason if I am out of H1B she will be NOT effected and as well she will be eligible for part time work also and more important she will get 1 yr opt option at the end of course.

It's too early to make a judgment on this since I haven't seen the actual text of this bill. With Sen.Sessions history, I highly doubt whether there is anything good to EB folks in this bill.

If your e-file gets rejected, you can send in your retrun electronically, and submit a paper form: Form 8453-OL with your signatures. I did this with TurboTax software.
This is a substitite for a complete electronic e-file, in that you don;t have to mail the complete return by post, and you can get refund more quickly.

There is no AP card or an approval notice. When they send the approval notice, they mean the actual AP papers - which is a 1-page document.
They send 2 copies of that.
Like an earlier post said, you can take Infopass and/or call customer service no.
My AP was approved on April 27 and I got it in the mail on 05/03.

That is the problem. There is no such thing in the flcdatacenter, but in onet online, there is a
15-1099.11 - Information Technology Project Managers. This is not present in flcdatacenter.
Here is the problem. So by this token, does it mean that IT Project managers either need to be classified as CIS managers or not get classified at all? This is absurd.
The attorney is not giving out any suggestions on what to do as they already filed, got a high PW and appealed which got denied.
The attorney is suggesting to refile, something I don't think is going to change the outcome.
Any suggestions?

did you get a letter from USCIS to your new address that they have received your address change request?
i changed my address back in last week of September and got the letter in mid october. i got two separte letter one addressed to me and one addressed to my wife. this letter will ensure that they have your new correct address on the file. you should get one letter for you and for each dependent. also, you should change addresses for each individuals (for you and dependent).
also keep in touch with your lawyer, they shall recieve one notice for FP alongwith you.
I called USCIS and created a new service request. Hope they will do it right this time.
My worry is if this is NOT FP notice, and something else, will it effect my application in anyway since I could not respond in a timely manner due to address change.

For 485, EAD and AP , Do we need get three quarter old fashion photo . I mean facing diagonal or facing straight to camera? I believe old one was looking diagonal to camera.

Call customer service - select the address change option and when you get to a customer service agent give them the receipt number and they will verify the information on it. If it doesnt match they will advise you. Then you know if its your receipt number or not.

my lawyer missed the 2nd july deadline even when he had all the papers. Now i am asking him to meet 30th july deadline he is not responding . what are the papers needed to file I485. Can I file it without lawyers help? He does have my immunization papers
Do it yourself man.These lawyers are God sent.I know lot of lawyer victimes , who sent their applications a month in advance and they sent to USCIS on 2nd July and these were the folks whose date became current in June.

Yes I am still waiting. No luds other than the ones for supporting documents.

I applied on May 18th and my EAD expires on Aug 10th. There were three SLUDs in a row two weeks after I applied, and there is no update after that.

i efiled my 765 and on aug 3rd i got my rfe , i took print out of efiled copy signed it and wrote a cover letter and attached ead copy,ssn copy and passport copy
and sent it.
they received my response but havent updated my case yet...waiting for it..
please let me know anyone else has similar issues and what was the result..
These days...the status online remains in Reponse received for RFE...once the service center reviews your response..they usually respond back. If you are getting into a job loss risk due to the lack of EAD, then you should create an expedite SR.

I am July 2nd 2007 AOS filer. My AOS application (including dependants') was received by USCIS mailroom on July 2nd 2007 at 10.20 am (according to FedEx Tracker), but the I-485 Receipt Date is Aug. 8th, 2007, and Notice Date is Oct 2nd, 2007. (USCIS took almost a month to enter our cases in their system). Now, USICS has sent rejection notices that our PD is not current in Aug.2007. Our cases are EB2, and PD is 05/2004, and PD was current in July.2007, as most of the July.2007 filers might know. The denial notice also has I-290B for us to file Appeal or Motion. I have contacted my law firm also. I remember seeing a similar thread, but couldn't find it now. I appreciate your suggestions and guidance. I have also sent a private message to Pappu, asking IV's help on this matter.
